Erringden Park, 'park of Ayreingden ' 1405 Pat, parci de Aeringden 1451WCR , parci de Aryngden 1499 ib, Aringden park (e ), Aryngden park (e )1478 Test iii, 1560 Stansf, 1586FGr , 1589 WillY, Eringden parke Chas 1Surv , Earringden Parke 1691YAS 43. v. park . The park was impaled by the Earls of Warren in the thirteenth century and dispaled in 1449 (cf. Sowerby Ramble 161supra ).
