Ruxbury (6″) is Rokesbir '1203 FF, Rokesbury , hill of Rokesbury t. Hy 3 Chertsey, Rokesbir '1235Ass , Rooxbury 1664Ct , Ruxbury 1823 B. 'Hrōc 's burh,' or (less probably) 'rook's burh,' There are no remains here now. Cf. Ruxford (PN D 412) and Roxley supra 75.
