St Ann's Heath is Sunderneheth 1548, Sintdon heath 1605LRMB , Sanden Heath 1623Rental , Sundon Heath 1765 R, 1785 Cary, St Anns Heath 1789 L and C, Sunton Heath 1816 O.S.The modern name would seem to be a corruption and the old form is preserved in Sundon (6″), a modern residence.
