Westup Fm is Westupp in 1566 (Rowe) and Weskupp in 1613 (SAC 58, 10). The farm is in the west of the parish. Similarly, in the pers. names in the Subsidy Rolls (SRS 10), we have Estoppe , Northuppe more than once.
