There are also forms Norwol (dam )1573 Imb, Norwold (grene )1589Depositions , Norholde (Common ), Norbolde (Dam )1597Wisbech Map , Northolde (Cawsey )1615AddCh , Norwald Greene 1636 BedL. These are late and irregular and probably due to the influence of Northwold (Nf). Norwood Drove (6″) is draua de Northwode 1333Walden .
