Nidd Mouths, Nidderminne 1294 Ch, Nidmyne 1326Ass 5d. 'Mouth of the R. Nidd (RNs.)', v. mynni ; cf. Airmyn ii, 13, Wharfe's Mouth iv, 38supra , where ON mynni is also used of the junction of these major rivers with the Ouse. Nidder - has the ON gen.sg. ending in -ar as in Nidderdale v, 76infra .
