Eauleet Field (6″) is Elettfeild 1436SewersA , Eletefelde 1438Sewers , Elletfield 1570 Imb, Eauleet Field c. 1840TA . 'feld near the river confluence,' i.e. probably where Grange Dike and Lady Nunn's Old Eau meet at Grangehill Corner (cf. infra ), v. ēa , (ge)lǣte.
