Norwood Ho, Norwood Park and Norwood Fields. Cf. Nordwode 1275 RH, Nortwode 15thWhiteBk , Northwood t. Hy 8MinAcct , park of Norwodd 1550 Pat, Norwood feilde 1584EcclComm , Norwood Nooke 1706 ib. Norwood was the most northerly of the Archbishop of York's parks within the manor of Southwell. For nooke , v. infra 288.
