Etymology
Seven Sisters. This spot took its name from seven elm trees which stood near Page Green, where the Seven Sisters Rd (made in 1831–3) joins the main Ermine St. They are marked as 7 Sesters 1754 R, Seven Sisters 1805 O.S. Cf. RobinsonT 44.
