Etymology

'Dairy-farm(s),' v. wīc , with variation, first between the singular and plural and secondly between the strong and weak plurals, cf. Wicken (PN Nth 107–8), Wicken Bonhunt (PN Ess 544), Wyken (PN Wa 192) and Coton supra 74.
