Etymology

Sweetwillow Shaw (6″) was the home of Nicholas ate Telgh (1287CplM ) or ater Swete Telgh (1296 SR), i.e. at the sweet teller or tillow , i.e. young oak-tree (v. Tilkhurst supra 333).The meaning of the epithet is not clear.
