Mill × 2 infra ) ; there were in fact three mills in Pidrie in 1086 DB (VCHDo 374),there is mention of a mill at Pudele thrittyhide in 1314 FF, and otherreferences to mills here include 'mill in Pudeletrenthide '1343 Pat,watermyll (…sometyme John Chippe ), Fullynge myll somtyme John Ryddounte 1506Winch , unum molendinum bladum ('corn') aquatic ', molend 'Fullereticum 1509–47Winch , molend '…Joh 'is Wakefford 1510Winch , and cf. also Lit (t )lemulle , Lit (t )lemulne 1288Ass which may also belong here .
