, Mock Beggar Fm 1846 Snare ; according to a note in LHRS by E . W . Dormer the name Mockbeggar first appears c. 1700 , the farm being earlier known as Aleyn 's Farm from Thomas Aleyn who was the Abbey 's tenant there at the Dissolution . It is Allen 's Farm or Mockbeggars c. 1833 ArchJ 35 , v. 283 .
