Thorpe Green, 1771 M, The Green 1846TA , identified (by Scaife, DB) with Tuadestorp 1086 DB, Thorp 1204 ChR, v. þorp 'outlying farmstead'; DB Tuadestorp is probably an error for Turaldestorp (ON  Þóraldr ).
