Nunnery Fm (6″) and Nunsbury mark the site of the nunnery founded c. 1183 (Dugd iv, 328). Cf. Nunnesholme , Nunnesdyche t. Hy 8 Archer, the Nunnery 1659 Sess. v. holmr .
