East Hyde, West Hyde is (Le ) Hyde 1394 IpmR, 1395 Cl, Tyllingham hyde alias West Hyde 1587Rental , and was the home of Roger de la Hyde in 1272 (Ass ). v. hid . It is perhaps to be associated with Calveshyde c. 1235 HMC ix, Camsyde 1285Ass , 1297 Ipm, 1299 Cl, Camleshyd 1319SR (p).
