Etymology
In 1894 parts of the out-parishes of Wareham St Martin and Lady St Mary were added to Morden, but a large area in Morden in 1844 (TA ) is now included in Wareham St Martin. Charborough was formerly a separate parish.West Morden is a tithing in Rushmore hundred infra .
