Dalecote (6″) is probably to be associated with Dilcokesmulle 1331Ass , Dilcockesmilne 1378 Ch, Dilcok mull 1411Coventry which must take its name from the family of John Dilkot of Coventre (1359 Pat) and John Dilcok (1425 LeetBk).
