Atterwith Lane & Atterwith Dike, Haterwic 12 Font, Hatterwith , Hatterwyth 13 ib, 1338 YD ii. 'Hatt's wood', v. viðr ; for -wic cf. Tockwith 250supra . The first el. is the ON  pers.n. Hǫttr (Hattr ), gen.sg. Hattar , as in Hatterboard YN 109.
