Kerdestonhalle, (in manerio de Est Ryston vocat ') Kerdestonhalle 1404Ct Dilham . The family of Kerdeston held a lordship here in 6 Hy3 (1221–22) and in 3 Hy6 (1424–25). At the time of the latter document the manor was called Netherhall alias Kerdeston 's . In 1550 it came to the see of Norwich. v. Blomefield IX338.
