Etymology

Whitehouse Fm was Cockgoldhangers in 1791. In 1456 John Coke of Goldhanger held Yungwens which owed its name to the family of Walter Yo (u )ngwene who held Hodwenis and Youngwenis in 1350 (Ct ). v. ER xx, 143, 189.
