Moor Ditch. This ditch is referred to in the bounds of Appleford in BCS 581 (c. 895) for which v. Pt 3. These run be more þæt on þa ealdan dic , v. mōr , dīc . The marsh is also referred to Ed 6LRMB in the following names: le Mo (o )re , Moremede , Moore Meade , Morefurlonge , By younde the Moore .
