Welbeck Spring in Barnoldby le Beck, PN L 4, 55 , where it is pointed out that here there is a deep hollow with a spring rising from it and flowing to join Team Gate Drain . The hollow was full of water within the present generation and was used for bathing . The meaning of Welbeck is ' the stream rising from a spring ' , v. wella , bekkr .
