Etymology
Ibrook Wood (6″) is Ibroke 1320 Misc, Ybrok 1368 IpmR.Probably 'yew broc,' cf. Iford, Iwood supra 317, 471, though as the land lies rather high (400 ft.) it is difficult to understand the name.
