Letchmoor Green (old 6″). Cf. Laschmerstret 14th VCH iii, 140, Lachemerestyle t. Ric 2WAM , Lachemerstrete 1451 ib. A compound of lache , 'sluggish pool or stream' and mere . Cf. Letchmoreheath supra 61.
