Hungate in Lincoln, L 175 , Hounds Gate in Nottingham, Nt18 ) and this example may be from a surn . , cf. Mr Hungates Close 1634 in Uppingham f. ns . ( b ) . However , the 13th century form does imply that Ryhall had its own Hungate .
