, a place called Welbecks 1770EnclA , Welbecks 1820EstMap , Wellbeck 1824 O,Well Beck 1828 Bry , ' the stream rising from the spring ' , v. wella , bekkr , a compound found elsewhere in north L , cf. Welbeck Spring PN L 2, 234 . There is a deep hollow here with a spring rising from it and flowing to join Team Gate Drain . Within the present generation , the hollow was full of water and was used for bathing .
