Caca suggested for Cakebole (Wo 236) and Cakeham (Sx 88) , corresponding to OG  Caco , but it may have originated as a reduced form of an OE cādac ' jackdaw ' , which Ekwall (DEPN) suggests for Kigbeare ( D 203 , Cacheberga , Cakeber ( e ) , Kadekeber ' ) ; for some of these p. ns . Ekwall suggests an OE  Cǣfca ; v. pyll ' inlet, creek ' .
