, in Melbury Park , probably the piece of water referred to in 1535–43 Leland as ' a pond out of which issueth a brockett that with the course of a right few miles goeth into Ivell river ' ; the name is no doubt transferred from Lake Lucerne in Switzerland . The ' brockett ' flows N from here to join R . Yeo at Clifton Maybank , cf. Milbyri water risith yn Milbury Parke 1535–43 Leland and Melbury Park infra .
