'Ford of the people of Manna ,' v. ing . The ford is that on the Avon by the mill in Manningford Bruce. Abbots from the Abbot of Hyde, Winchester. Bohun , etc. from the family of John de Boun (1263For ). Bruce from the family of Breuse (1279Ass ), Breuose (1289 ib.), Brewosa (1304 Sarum). Petri perhaps from the holding of Herbert fil. Petri in 1242 (Fees).
