Charles Week 1742Sadler . 'Dairy farm belonging to Lacock,' v. wic . Cherlawe , Charlowe must be the surname of its sometime owner or occupier. It can hardly go back to the Lacock tenant Carlo (TRE) as suggested in Kidston (67).
