Shuckburgh Fm is Shukbourgh 1540LRMB . A Thomas Shukburgh is associated with Naseby in 1476 (AD vi) and the family remained here till the 17th century (Bridges i, 574). The name is probably manorial in origin, the family having come from Shuckburgh (Wa).
