King's Place (6″) survives as the name of a road near Langfords (6″) which is Potelles alias Langfordes place in 1485 (Pat) and Langhfordes otherwyse called the Kings Place in 1576 (EAS xi).Robert Langford sold lands in Chigwell in 1476 to King Edward IV. Potelles from the family of Richard Potel (1285Ass ).
