The bdy point in the OE charter cited is probably identical with on struthgeardes cum 955 (14) ShaftR (S 573), 'to Strūtheard's valley', cf. the nearby points onne strut heardes paþe , of þane paþe 948 (15) ib (S 534 (1)), on struthherdes wege , of þane wege 955 (14) ib (S 573), 'to, from Strūtheard's path, way', from an OE  pers.n.
