Oversley Bank, Oversley Cottages, Oversley Fm, Oversley Ford, Oversley Ford Bridge & Oversley Lodge, Oversley Lodge Fm (101–824829, 822838, 816835, 814832, 816829 & 824837 respectively), Vulverichelei 13 Cre 353, Ulresford 13? Orm2, Vulriswode (lit. Bulriswode ) c.1320Fitt , Oulersleyford 1674 Mere, Oversley fourd 1660 Earw, Oversley ford 1831 Bry, Oversley Bank 1860 White, Overley Ford 1842 OS, '(ford at) Wulfrīc's wood', from the OE  pers.n. Wulfrīc and lēah , with ford . The ford was at the southern limit of Ullerwood 335infra , to part of which, near Hooksbank Wood (101–813826) infra , the Fitt reference alludes. One Wulfrīc held Butley 193supra , and possibly Wilmslow, TRW and TRE, v. Tait 213, n. 232.
