Chapel Dale Fm (109–337830), Chapel Dale 1843TA named from capella Thome Martyris in Wirrall '1174–84 Chest i91 (cf. op. cit. 126, n.), founded shortly after Becket's death (1170) and probably the basis of the hospital foundation at Spital supra , cf. Orm2 ii443, v. chapel , dæl 1 .
