The ecclesiastical parish of Frodsham contained the townships 1. Alvanley, 2. Frodsham (now a c.p. including Frodsham Lordship), 3. Frodsham Lordship (v. prec), 4. Helsby, 5. Kingsley (now a c.p. including Newton infra and part of Kingswood 215supra ), 6. Manley (now a c.p. including part of Kingswood), 7. Newton by Frodsham (v. Kingsley supra ), 8. Norley (part of this was in Weaverham parish 193supra ).
