Wiþemundhou(sic), Wymundhou l12(13),Wimundhou a1227(13)('Wymund's mound', v. haugr; Dr Insley suggeststhat the first el. is the OE  pers.n. *Wiðermund, the first el. ofWormingford PN Ess 403–4 and von Feilitzen Namn och Bygd 33(1945),91. He points out that forms in Wymund -, Wimund - would then showassociation of the first el. with OE  Wīgmund or ON  Vigmundr)
