Goldworth Lane (109–411738 to 395737), Goldworth Lane 1842 OS, Gowdearth Lane 1831 Bry, cf. Goldworth 1844TA , probably identical with 'a plot of land called le Goldhord '1270 (13) Bun , cf. 'the old ditch which surrounds a plot of land called le Goldehord '1279 Whall, 'the golden treasure', v. gold-hord. No archaeology is recorded.
